This year, chefs from Baltimore’s best restaurants share how
they are inspired by the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay. 100% of the proceeds from The Dead Rise OLD BAY Cookbook will
benefit True Blue, a program that advocates on behalf of the Chesapeake Bay’s
5,500 watermen and promotes sustainably harvested Maryland Blue Crab.
